Pricing FAQ
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial of Pro features. No credit card required to start — we only charge on day 31 if you choose to continue. During the trial you get all Pro analytics, automation, and multi-channel features. SellerPulse-managed AI is available on paid plans; during the trial you can use AI features by connecting your own Anthropic or OpenAI key.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — save 20% with annual billing. Starter is $39/month billed annually, Pro is $79/month, and Enterprise is $159/month. Annual plans also lock in grandfathered pricing if we raise list prices in the future.
What happens at the end of the trial?
Your account stays active but switches to read-only access — you can still log in and view your data, but new audits and AI features pause. Pick a paid plan from your billing settings and everything resumes instantly. We never auto-charge a card we never collected.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your billing settings. Changes are prorated to the day.
Do you charge a commission on my Amazon sales?
No. The monthly subscription is the only cost. We do not take a percentage of your revenue, and we do not charge per reimbursement claim recovered — many competitors take 15–25% of recovered money. With SellerPulse the recovery is yours.
What is BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)?
BYOK lets you connect your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key so AI usage bills at your provider’s pricing with no quota limits. It is available on every plan, and during the 30-day trial of any tier — the practical way to use AI before you upgrade to a managed quota.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice on net-30 terms with a signed agreement.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your billing settings. No long-term contracts. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the billing cycle; annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund at our discretion.
How does the Amazon integration work?
You authorize SellerPulse via the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We use least-privilege, read-only access by default. Write access is only enabled when you explicitly opt in for features like automated claim submission.
Which bookkeeping systems do you push to?
QuickBooks Online and Xero are live and verified today. Starter pushes to one of them; Pro pushes to both at the same time (same data, normalized once, posted to each in its native shape). FreshBooks, Sage, and Wave are on the roadmap.
When will TikTok Shop and Etsy be available?
The connectors are built and tested in sandbox — we are waiting on TikTok Partner approval and Etsy app review. As soon as approval lands, existing Pro and Enterprise subscribers can connect those channels at no extra cost.
